I plan to go back and review it in detail later, but it seems sound save for Aspect #2 "Avoid the Culture Question". His "stick you head in the sand concept misses the numerous opportunities to use proven organization development techniques to drive culture change.

- Why Dell.com (was) More Enterprise 2.0 Than Dell IdeaStorm – O’Reilly Radar – A thoughtful post from Tim O'Reilly ponders companies that are using Web 2.0 ideas/strategies for their supply chain. It takes a new and interesting perspective on the usual "employee collaboration" focus of Enterprise 2.0

- Should Knowledge Workers Have Enterprise 2.0 Ratings? – Andrew McAfee's latest post posits the performance management standards that an organization might employ to measure/motivate employee use of Enterprise 2.0 (aka Knowledge Management 1.53) tools for collaboration. This is incredibly important as the greatest challenge to the success of E2.0 deployments is fostering the cultural change. By measuring/rewarding participation the organization demonstrates the importance of E2.0 collaboration.
